Introduction
In order to collect fees from your students/applicants, it is necessary to have a Fee Connect defined for the same. Fee Connect allows you to define fee details, set collection timelines, and customize payment options to match your institute’s requirements.
How to Navigate?
- Go to Menu
- Select Fee Setup
- Click on Fee Connect
Click on the Add Fees button and fill in the following details to configure the Fee Connect:
- Fee Title: Enter the name of the fee that would be displayed to the student.
- Fee Button Name: Enter text for the pay now button which would appear on the checkout page.
- Payment Channel: Choose Direct (ERP)
- Year: The transaction data for the fees will be recorded for the session that is selected here. By default, the session selected when you land on the Fee Connect page is used. You can change this using the session dropdown located next to the business account name at the top of the page.
- Fee Collection Date: Choose a start date and an end date from the calendar. Applicants will only be able to make payments within this specified time frame.

Payment Mode: Choose the payment modes that will be available to your students/applicants. These payment modes will be displayed on the checkout page, allowing applicants to select their preferred method of payment.
- For enabling online payments, activate the Pay Now option and then select a payment gateway from the dropdown.
- For offline payments, you can allow options such as Demand Draft (DD) or Cash.
- For allowing students to pay through a loan, you can activate the Pay Later (EMI) option and then select preferred EMI plan(s) from our loan partners, Propelld or GrayQuest. The available plans will depend on your configured settings.
Additionally, you can customize the order in which payment modes appear to students/applicants by simply dragging and dropping them to rearrange the sequence.
- Status: Activate/deactivate the fees using this toggle.
