In this article, we'll walk you through the essential steps involved in setting up fee connect for payment links for your institute.

Menu -> Fee Setup -> Fee Connect
How to Configure Fee Connect for Payment Links ?
To add fee connect for Payment Link, fill in the following fields after clicking on “Add Fees” button located at the top right of the Fee connect Page :
- Fee Title: Enter the name of the fee which would be displayed to the student.
- Fee Button Name: Enter text for the pay now button which would appear on the checkout page .

Payment Channel: Choose Payment Link.
- Amount: Enter a fixed amount that will be auto-filled while generating payment links. This is especially useful when you have different fees for multiple courses, so you don’t need to recall the exact amount each time.
- Year: Select the year to which the fee applies.
- Fee Collection Date: Set the start and end date for fee collection using the calendar. All payment links generated with this fee will remain valid only within the selected date range.

Payment Mode: Select the payment modes that would be available for your students/applicants when they pay via payment link.
- For enabling online payments, activate the Pay Now option and then select a payment gateway from the dropdown.
- For offline payments, you can allow options such as Demand Draft (DD) or Cash.
- For allowing students to pay through a loan, you can activate the Pay Later (EMI) option and then select a preferred EMI plan from our loan partners Propelld or GrayQuest. The available plans will depend on your configured settings.
- Additionally, you can customize the order in which payment modes appear to students/applicants by simply dragging and dropping them to rearrange the sequence.
- Status : Activate / deactivate the fees using this toggle
