How to Start Configuring Fees
To help make the most of this integration, here's a step-by-step guide to set up automated fee configuration.
When a new Institution is created in Meritto, a unique client code is automatically generated for that entity. To begin integrating this with Collexo, follow these steps:
- Connect Meritto with Collexo
- Go to the Global Settings in the Collexo dashboard.
- Navigate to the Integrations section.
- Click the Connect button under the Meritto integration option.
- Add the client code that was automatically generated by Meritto for the entity. This links Collexo to the specific Meritto entity.
Note: To access the payment link in the crm make sure you whitelist the Domain/IP.
2. Create a Fee Connect in Collexo
Next, go to Fee Connect in Collexo to configure the fee.

3. Navigate to Lead Manager in Meritto
After setting up the fee in Collexo, you can Navigate to Lead Manager > Manage Leads.
4. Generate Payment Links for Leads
You can directly generate payment link from crm using lead manager or using the action button
(Note: Payment link option will be available to the meritto’s clients that have that permission enabled or have the permission)
- Click on the Registered Name of a lead to open their detailed profile.
- On the right-hand side of the lead profile page (the side panel), click the Generate Links tab.
- This will allow you to generate and send the configured payment link from Collexo, mapped to the lead’s information.
5. Configuring Payment Link
Once you click Generate Payment Link, a pop-up window will appear prompting you to select the type of link:
- Single Payment Link – For one-time full payments.
- Split Payment Link – For collecting fees in multiple installments.
For both types, applicant details such as Name, Reference Number, Mobile Number, and Email ID are auto-filled.
You will then need to:
- Select the relevant Fee Connect that has been configured on Collexo. The associated fee amount will auto-populate for reference, but you can modify it as needed.
