Collexo presently supports five distinct Fee Types within its workflow, designed to address a variety of use cases effectively. One of the fee types is "Zero Amount."
Zero Amount
This fee type allows you to configure a payment amount of zero, which will appear on the checkout page. Applicants only need to click the submit button to record their acknowledgment in the backend.
For example, if a form includes category-specific fees, such as zero fees for SC/ST students while other categories pay ₹22,000 as tuition, all students—regardless of category—must follow the payment journey on the checkout page. This ensures that a complete list of enrolled students for the course is captured in the system, including those with zero fees.
How does Zero Amount Work?
Selecting Zero Amount as the "Collect Fee Type" means you don’t need to define any additional fields. This option is primarily used to capture attendance or presence for specific events or occasions.
