Overview
In order to collect fees from your students/applicants, it is absolutely necessary to have a fee connect defined for the same.
This article would help you in setting up fee connects for configuring miscellaneous payment links.
Navigation:
Menu -> Fee Setup -> Fee Connect -> Add Fees
To add fee connect for Payment Link, fill in the following fields:
- Fee Title: Enter the name of the fee which would be displayed to the student.
- Fee Button Name: Enter text for the pay now button which would appear on the checkout page page.

Payment Channel: Choose Payment Link.

- Amount: Enter an amount if you want it to get it prepopulate while generating payment links.

- Year: Choose the appropriate year whose students/applicants are to be assigned the fees.
- Fee Collection Date: Choose start date and end date from either the calendar or click on the dropdown to choose custom and then select the appropriate date field to have a unique start date and end date for your students/applicants.
- Payment Mode: Choose the payment modes that would be available for your students/applicants. For enabling online payments, activate the Pay Now option and then select a payment gateway from the dropdown. You can arrange the order in which the payment modes appear for students/applicants.
- Status: Activate/deactivate the fees using this toggle
