Payment Links on Collexo can be broadly classified into 2 types:-
- Payment Links for Configured Fees:- These allow you to send links for fees that have been defined and assigned to students/applicants. These payment links require fees to be already assigned to the student/applicant you want to send payment links to. The amount remains the same as that of the assigned fees. Note that you would be able to send payment links for configured fees only if your institute’s fee collection preferences is set to “Only from uploaded students”. Miscellaneous Payment Links:- These payment links serve as a means to collect miscellaneous fees from your students/applicants instantly. These can be sent to any student/applicant without having any restrictions of any sort. This offers flexibility in fee collection, allowing you to efficiently collect payments for miscellaneous expenses as they arise, improving financial management and responsiveness.
Miscellaneous payment links work for all fee collection preferences .They also provide you with the option of either collecting the entire fee amount in one go or splitting the amount into multiple splits which can be configured as per you needs.
