Overview
This article would help you in setting up fee connects for configuring fees using applicant upload method.
How to Navigate?
- Go to Menu.
- Click on Fee Setup.
- Select Fee Connect.
- Click on Add Fees.
To add an amount-based fee for your students/applicants, fill in the following fields:
- Fee Title: Enter the name of the fee which would be displayed to the student.
- Fee Button Name: Enter text for the pay now button which would appear on the fee selection page, and redirect the student/applicant to the checkout page.

Payment Channel: Choose Amount Based.
- Amount Field: Choose the appropriate amount field(s) that would dictate the fee amount. Note that only students/applicants who have values defined for the selected amount field(s) would be assigned the fees.
- Year: Choose the appropriate year whose students/applicants are to be assigned the fees.
- Fee Collection Date: Choose a start date and an end date from either the calendar or click on the dropdown to choose custom and then select the appropriate date field to have a unique start date and end date for your students/applicants.
- Payment Mode: Choose the payment modes that would be available for your students/applicants. To enable online payments, activate the Pay Now option and then select a payment gateway from the dropdown. You can arrange the order in which the payment modes appear for students/applicants.
- Status: Activate/deactivate the fees using this toggle
Customize Fee
Some additional features that may help you customize the fees are as follows:

Partial Payment:
Enabling Partial Payments for a fee would allow students/applicants to make multiple payments for the fees, allowing them to pay a portion of their fees at a time, rather than the full amount upfront. Refer to this article to know more about Partial Payments. -
Due Date and Late Fees:
Enabling this option would allow you to collect late fees from your students/applicants. Refer to this article to know more about late fees. -
